Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping for any order of $60 or more. See shipping details.
Q: Can I get a refund for my product?
A: Yes. We do our best to provide high-quality products with natural ingredients that everyone loves. However, if you’re not satisfied, we'll help you find something else. If we're not a great match, we'll refund your order.
Please contact us within 30 days of your order delivery date, if you aren't 100% satisfied with your Guy Lively products. See refund policy for details.
Q: Where can I find the status of my order?
A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. See shipping details.

A: Most of our products are vegan. If a product is vegan, it is listed below the product description.
Q: Do your products contain organic ingredients?
A: Yes, many of our products contain ingredients that are certified organic.
Q: Are your products all natural?
A: Our mission is to use as many natural and organic ingredients as possible, while focusing equally on effectiveness and sustainability. Our bar soaps and beard oil are all natural products.
Some of our skincare products contain minimal man-made ingredients. These ingredients were purposefully chosen because of their effectiveness and minimal impact on the environment.
All ingredients are considered safe by the FDA and cosmetic ingredient review. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and ensure our partners follow Green Chemistry principles.
Q: Are your products handcrafted?
A: Yes, all of our products are handcrafted and made in the USA.
Q: Do you test your products on animals?
A: No. We do not test any of our products on animals.
